Renovation of existing 5,000 square foot hay barn into local artisan food services and cheese manufacturing facility (Cowgirl Creamery). Addition of 3,000 square foot second floor for office suites. Materials added are exposed wooden structure, painted drywall, metal framed windows, corrugated metal siding and roof, cedar siding, and polished concrete floors. Surrounding grassy property is popular gathering area.  A focal point for tourists and the local community.
