Nicasio Farmstead Cheese 

Renovation of and addition to an existing dairy barn into an artisan cheese factory and retail store. Major renovation includes structural rehabilitation, new insulated and climate-controlled interior to USDA food preparation standards and ADA requirements. New wing for ripening and aging of cheese products consists of a double sided bank of six refrigerated shipping containers. Materials include corrugated metal siding and roof, exposed wood structure, painted drywall and concrete walls, polished and epoxy coated concrete floors, and shipping containers.
